How enquiries and website information are handled. Updated 18 October 2026.
Land Accord is the project and partnership point of contact on this website. Enquiries are handled by Dylan Saunders through Môrstone Group’s enquiry team. The relevant operating company is identified in any subsequent quotation or appointment. For privacy questions, email dylan@morstone.wales or call 01792 722 872.
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, project location, project type and message. You may also provide a telephone number. Information comes from you, or from a person introducing the project on your behalf. Providing the required fields lets the team respond to your request.
Submitting the form sends the information to FormSubmit, the form-delivery provider used by Môrstone. It is delivered to hello@morstone.wales with a copy to Dylan. FormSubmit may display an anti-spam check. The website does not save a separate copy of your form entries in browser storage. You can also contact Dylan directly by telephone or email.
The team uses your information to respond to the enquiry, understand the project, arrange a conversation, coordinate relevant specialist input and prepare any agreed next step. The bases described in Môrstone’s privacy notice are steps taken at your request before a contract and its legitimate interest in responding to prospective clients.
Information is available to the enquiry team and relevant delivery or professional contacts as needed to progress your request. Form-delivery, website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate their services. See the FormSubmit privacy policy and Môrstone privacy notice for their handling of information. Ask Dylan before sharing documents that require restricted circulation.
Enquiries are kept for the period reasonably needed for follow-up and record keeping. If a project proceeds, quotation and project records may be retained longer for contractual, insurance, tax or legal purposes. You can ask the enquiry team about the records relating to your project and their retention.
This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Its video is served directly as a website asset. The hosting and security services may process technical information, such as IP address and browser details, and use essential security cookies. External links take you to services with their own privacy information. Submitting a form takes you to FormSubmit’s service.
You can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion or restriction, and object to processing where applicable. Where relevant, portability and withdrawal of consent may also apply. Contact Dylan to make a request. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you have concerns about personal information handling.
The website introduces project routes and design ideas. Specific services, fees, timescales and responsibilities are established in the relevant written scope or appointment. Design studies describe a design direction; individual projects require their own site information and professional input.
